MECHANICS DESIGN SERVICES
We develop suitable mechanical mounts for assemblies and devices, including housings made of plastic or metal. The design aspect is not neglected, because the shape and aesthetics of a device are also very important. With rapid prototyping, we realize samples up to small and very small series very quickly and cost-effectively - and at manageable costs.
In order to be able to implement designs with a small form factor - especially in the mobile sector - we also include flex wires and operating foils with buttons and LEDs in our development.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Our spectrum ranges from bootloaders and firmware/RTOS for embedded systems to Windows applications and mobile platform solutions for Android and iOS. Upon your requirements, we integrate industry standards such as MQTT, OPC UA and REST, but also websockets and interfaces for MSSQL and other databases into our customer developments. Careful system planning in advance and our more than 30 years of experience in implementation ensure application-optimized and stable best-in-class solutions for your requirements. Server implementations and dashboard solutions are also part of our repertoire.
A special strength of our services are modern touch-user front-ends for industrial plant control. For this, we also offer the appropriate hardware on request.
